MISSION STATEMENT: Provide professional advice to help clients make an informed decision about their most important investment---their family's home. Benefit buyers and sellers from the first meeting, to closing and beyond by assembling a team of professionals to help each client, and by utilizing legal, technological, marketing, construction, and design knowledge to effect sales and a smooth transition to a new community.
MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION: For Sellers, a comprehensive marketing plan is employed utilizing internet exposure, technology such as text messaging, virtual tours and QR Codes, along with traditional marketing mediums like open houses, flyers, print advertising, and direct mail. Buyers receive their own search engine account customized to their preferences to search for homes, mark their favorites, and communicate with their Broker about homes that interest them. When clients are ready to preview homes, Kirsten sets up showing appointments and keeps clients organized to help them make a decision about their next community. All clients are kept informed with weekly reports, e-mail, and regular phone calls. When it's time to finally sell or buy, an expert team of professionals is assembled to give clients unsurpassed customer service and peace of mind.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS: Community Real Estate is a member of the Mountain Central Association of Realtors in McCall, the Intermountain Multiple Listing Service in the Treasure Valley, the Idaho Assoication of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Kirsten Wallace also maintains her membership in the Idaho State Bar and participates in continuing legal education programs related to real estate. In addition, Community Real Estate has a community presence through membership with the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, and Kirsten Wallace actively participates in its programs to provide avenues for relationship building and marketing.
