I am not just another real estate agent. Here's why.
EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND: I am a graduate of Cornell University and the University of San Francisco School of Law. I therefore combine impeccable research, negotiating skills, and real estate knowledge to help each client reach an informed decision. I began my real estate career as an attorney, gravitating toward real estate and construction law. In 1999, I was integral to the formation of Wallace Custom Design & Renovation with my husband, Jeff Wallace. Beginning in 2004, I facilitated real estate transactions for Wallace's custom home projects. Then, realizing I enjoyed the personal satisfaction, relationships formed, and creativity involved assisting people with buying and selling their homes, I obtained my Broker's license in 2008, joining Community Real Estate as its licensed broker in Boise. I still maintain an active license to practice law.
PERSONAL: I moved to Boise in 1995 after falling in love with Idaho's landscape and people. I'm knowledgeable about many areas and cities, especially Boise, Eagle, and McCall. I enjoy all Idaho and Boise has to offer, especially mountain biking and road riding, hiking, sometimes I enjoy running, and most of all, skiing and snowboarding. I find time to be in the Boise foothills with my two boys, my husband, or my two crazy Weimaraners by my side. And, I love to spend time in McCall and Sun Valley both in summer and winter.
I look forward to meeting you.
Best Wishes,
Kirsten Wallace
